Garlic Business Model Development Strategy: Canvas Model Business Approach

Garlic is one of the commodities developed in country as an effort to achieve self-sufficiency and reduce imports. This study aims identify existing business models garlic production centers develop ideal using Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The others purpose critical points formulate policy recommendations for developing support production. used primary secondary data. data was obtained from a survey conducted 2021 at with purposive sampling methods such Karanganyar Regency, Boyolali Magelang Regency. analysis shows that key partner elements, customer segments, channels are point.
